Mr. Julio Asturias:

I wish that your activities results(result) good. The reason of this letter is that several students and I want to create a journal club. The journalism is an activity to search, collect, and publish actual information(,)(.) the(The) publication is know as (can be a) newspaper (like), an examples of newspapers are (The New York) Times, The Sun, Daily News, etc. (or in)In Guatemala (something like)will find: Prensa Libre, El Periodico, Siglo XXI, etc. It is an activity that we don’t have at school, and (it) is a(an) activity that (can) help to discover an ability of few students. Then Mr. Julio Asturias, I want to suggest that the school implements a journalism club so students will be more informed, and public(publish) with a spirit of service.

Journalism dedicates to search and publish information, and in consequence the student journalist will be informed. Students will also benefit because they will be well informed. The club would post the news in a general billboard, located where everyone could find it. The club will meet after class schedule and print the news to be published(.) Or(or) gives(give) to student a little newspaper, obviously this method needs some money, and(to) made(make it a reality so) the posibility(possibility) of have to sell(selling the) newspapers (should be considered). The club could have a(its) own room(,) where they´re realize the activities of journalism, this (could be) produce(produced and) improved efficiency(more efficiently).

The news that the journal club will publish will speak about school achievements like winning social, education, (and) sport tournaments, etc. Take for specific example intercolleges(the inter-school) soccer championship, (the) academic Olympics, charty(charity) works, etc. (reporting about these facts)Facts that will rise in student admiration, enthusiasm, even love for the school, in other words a public spirit in (each) student. This can be done if the students that enter in the journalism club emphasize in appreciating the school and want that the other students to have the same sense. This journal club(club’s) members will be(should) have a good academic level and academic understanding(support) by(of the) teachers.

To end, Mr. Julio Asturias, my reasons why the journal club should be made are because students will be more informed(,) thanks for(to the) organization that (the club) will have the club, and it (will give)gives the students more public spirit for the school(,) with the topics that the club uses as school achievements. Club´s memebers(members) will be a good students and scool(school) lovers(,) and will have comprehension for(the support of) teachers. I wish that you think about this grand club and approved it.
